Dayam ... it's been hot up here as well ... I don't know if the actual temps have hit that high, but with the humidity ... it's been god awful ... although I don't think that's what's got me feeling low ... hmmm ...

ooh, good question...
I guess I try and do something completely different from what I've been doing lately. If it's emotional doldrums, find someone with a good story to tell, preferably someone who has completely different interests than you. If it's just the blahs, do something physical; take the stairs, walk around the block... something to get your blood flowing... if all else fails... Sugar HIGH!!!!! |

In other news, I just had the new Angus Double Steak and Cheese from Quizno's.
It was quite the flavor experience(peppercorn sauce is delicious), but I think I'll stick with the Black Angus Steak sandwich. Hah, the BASS. |
